PVC Overwrapping Films

Global Packaging (AEP) & Linpac PVC Stretch Overwrapping Films. Suitable for manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic wrapping machinery. PVC Stretch films offer a barrier against contamination, are permiable to minimise bacterial and microbial activity and extents shelf life

PVC Stretch Overwrapping Films offer excellent clarity along with good seal and pack integrity and very importantly, low pack unit cost.

PVC film is suitable for all categories of meat. poultry, fish, fruit and vegetables and is fiormulated as low migration in compliance with EC directive 90/128/EC

Thicknesses range from 10 to 25 microns in widths from 250mm to 600mm. The grades of material available include standard stretch (MX), High stretch, 2 layer stretch anf freezer film. All films are labelled as to which foods they approved contact with to avoid any confusion.

Standard Stretch material can be supplied Micro-perforated for careful control of moisture levels for products with high water content to extend shelf life.

Polyproylene films for use on horizontal and vertical wrapping machines. Available in single wound, centre folded, plain and micro-perforated. Thicknesses fron 20 to 50 microns in perforation patterns from P1 to P160 and are available with anti-mist properties.

Poloyolefin shrink films for use on manual, semi and fully automated machinery. Polyolefin has excellent gloss, sparkle and clarity with excellent sealability and has balanced shrink for conformity to product. Available in single wound and centre folded in thicknesses from 12.5 to 25 microns for both food and non-food applications
